All About Heather And Inside/Out Coaching

Heather Suerdieck has one aim: to help people grow both personally and professionally. By offering positive development programs through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, “Lunch and Learn” sessions, and workshops or speaking events, the wife and mother of two was able to inspire clients to bring their best selves to everything they do. She creates awareness and relatable connections through everyday things – playing cards, penny, coffee filter, etc. That is what makes her unique.

Heather is happy to work with different individuals, including career professionals, leaders within organizations, business owners, and students. In 2021, she launched a graduation program to guide under-performing high school seniors to graduate. Her 10-week program has helped many students to reshape their mindsets and achieve their goal of receiving their diplomas.

EDUCATION: Heather holds an Associate of Science degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management from Edison State Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Bluffton University.

ACCREDITATION: The Greenville, Ohio native received her Professional Coaching Certification and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Since then, she has been helping people in the city flourish in life.

EXPERIENCE: Establishing the Inside/Out Coaching LLC company in October 2019, Heather has the experience and motivational skills to influence people to improve themselves. She deals with anything from life coaching, career coaching, and business coaching to leadership coaching, executive coaching, and personal development.
